PhosNet ™ is a granular iron oxide (GFO) with a high porosity, high surface area and high binding capacity. It will quickly remove phosphates and silicates from freshwater and saltwater and will not release them back into the aquarium. It has a stronger bond than most competing products and will thus reduce phosphates and silicates to very low levels. PhosNet ™ also offers less dust and is therefore easier to use than most competitive GFO products.
