Ocean Store wants nothing more than that you can pay in your desired, reliable and safe way. Because we like to serve customers in as many countries and in as many ways as possible, we accept a wide range of payment methods. Below you can see all payment methods that we accept.

iDeal

You pay in your trusted internet payment environment, based on specific security methods from your own bank. As an internet banker you can directly use iDEAL, without having to register for it. iDEAL is the most used payment method by our Dutch customers. We do not charge extra costs for an iDEAL transaction.

Paypal

PayPal is an online payment service that allows you as a consumer to make protected and trusting online purchases at Ocean Store. PayPal has more than 100 million account holders worldwide. Unlike 99% of all other web shops, Ocean Store does not charge extra costs for a PayPal transaction. Given the high commission on a transaction, we do appreciate that you choose a different payment method if possible.

Credit card

You pay in your trusted internet payment environment, based on specific security methods from your credit card company. Unlike 99% of all other web shops, Ocean Store does not charge extra costs for a credit card transaction. Given the high commission on a credit card transaction, we do appreciate that you choose a different payment method if possible.

SEPA / IBAN transfer

Orders can be paid via IBAN from all SEPA countries? You can make foreign payments from and to SEPA countries with IBAN. This payment method can be used by customers from 32 different countries, but it is almost never used due to the delay in the transaction.

Bancontact

Bancontact, known as Bancontact / Mister Cash until 2016, is the Belgian market leader in electronic payments. As a payment schedule, it is responsible for checking, calculating and processing electronic payments. Bancontact is the most used payment method by our Belgian customers. We do not charge extra costs for a Bancontact transaction.

Sofort banking

SOFORT Banking is a payment method that is available in 8 European countries and is very popular in Germany. SOFORT is based on the principle of a transfer. Sofort is the most used payment method by our German customers. We do not charge extra costs for a Sofort transaction.

Klarna, buy now, pay later

From today it is possible to pay for your order via the payment method "Pay afterwards via Klarna". You will first receive your products and then pay within fourteen days. The use of this payment method is completely free with us. We therefore do not charge any extra costs to the customer. With Klarna an amount of up to € 250 can be settled and is only available to people who live in the Netherlands. Unfortunately Klarna does not yet support Belgian transactions.

How does Klarna work?

You order the products as you are used to through our web store. During the ordering process you choose the payment method "Pay afterwards: within 14 days". We then ensure that the products are delivered to your home as quickly as possible. When you have received the products, you still have 14 days to pay for your order. How you can pay is clearly explained in the e-mail that you will receive from Klarna, immediately after your order has been sent.

• Place the items in your shopping cart.
• During the ordering process, choose the payment method "Pay afterwards: within 14 days".
• You will receive your order as soon as possible at home.
• Pay the invoice within 14 days using the instructions that you can find in the email from Klarna.

Overwrite in advance

After your order you will receive an order confirmation with all necessary information regarding bank transfer. This order confirmation also contains a link to return to our internet checkout to still pay in a different way. State your order number with your payment. After receiving your payment we will ship your order within the specified delivery time, as a rule it will arrive within 24 to 48 hours.

Cash (only when picking up)

If you want to pick up the order yourself, you can choose this as the last step in the ordering process on the website. Before you personally pick up the order from us - pay attention to the following points:

• You pay cash, and due (we have no change at the office)
• You have received from us by e-mail or telephone message that your order is ready for collection at our office in Dordrecht.
