Seachem Purigen

Purigen ™ is a first-class synthetic absorbent that is different from other filtration products. It is NOT a mix of ion exchangers or other absorption agents, but a unique macroporous synthetic polymer that removes soluble and insoluble impurities from the water at a speed and capacity that surpasses all other products, with more than 500%. Application Seachem Purigen

Rinse before use. Always use a fine-meshed filter bag to properly use the Purigen. The 100ml version is already in a filter bag. The larger versions you have to put yourself in a filter bag such as filter bag such as Seachem's The Bag ™

Rinse before use. Use filter bag such as Seachem's The Bag ™ in a fine sieve (180 micron or less). Every 250 ml treats a maximum of 1000 L (250 US gallons) for a maximum of six months. Exhaustion is indicated by a pronounced discoloration of the beads to dark brown or black.

Regenerate from Seachem Purigen

Cover with a 1: 1 dilution of household bleach and water for 24 hours. Soak the material in a plastic container in a well-ventilated area out of the reach of children. Use appropriate caution with bleach. Rinse well and soak for 8 hours in a solution containing 2 tablespoons of Safe ™, Prime ™ per cup of water. Rinse well. Original color and activity must now be restored and Purigen ™ is ready for use.

PAY ATTENTION ! Some mucous membrane products can permanently contaminate Purigen ™ and can make regeneration difficult. Do not re-use if you can detect a chlorine odor. If in doubt, soak the pearls in a small amount of water and test the water for any chlorine residue with a chlorine test set.
