Nickel, found in reefs around the world, is an essential element for much marine life, as it promotes many enzymatic processes and also contributes to better color expression.
Nickel is rapidly consumed from the water in our pools. Therefore, it is important to verify nickel levels by ICP analysis and ensure adequate levels and stability by dosing as necessary.
The nickel concentration in seawater is about 0.5-2 µg/l:
Thanks to Reef Zlement's Ni Nickel, coupled with a regular testing regime, any aquarist can correct nickel levels to ensure the level in their aquarium remains within the optimum range for their animals.
Dosage
1 ml Reef Zlements Ni Nickel increases the nickel concentration of 100 liters by 2 µg/l.
