VitaPlus is the “vitality element” of the Reef Zlements Method, a complete method that provides macro and trace elements, along with “nutrients” and food that your corals need to thrive.

VitaPlus is a specially developed blend of vitamins including vitamins A, B-complex, C, K and E, along with a special ingredient that works synergistically with AminoPlus and the Reef Zlements 2-component solutions.

Our proprietary recipe is designed to enhance coral growth, coloration and overall health. Therefore, reef aquariums using VitaPlus are likely to experience improvements in coral coloration, health and growth.

The recommended dosages of VitaPlus are as follows for each occupancy level:

• Light (Soft, LPS & SPS) – 1-2 ml per 100 liters per day
• Medium (Soft, LPS & SPS) – 2-3 ml per 100 liters per day
• Heavy (Soft, LPS & SPS) – 3-6 ml per 100 litres per day

The above dosage recommendation is the maintenance dose and you can adjust the dosage to the specific needs of your reef depending on your feeding level.

We always recommend starting with a lower dose for the first 2-3 weeks to ensure nutrient levels remain at ideal levels.

When using the nutrient management products and VitaPlus, always monitor the visual appearance of your corals and the nitrate and phosphate in the aquarium water.

If you notice brown or gray biofilm on the live rock or the presence of algae/cyanobacteria, this is likely a sign that you are overdosing.
