AminoPlus is a specially developed blend of amino acids, carbohydrates and vitamins that works in synergy with Complete and the Reef Zlements food line.

Our proprietary recipe is designed to enhance coral growth, coloration, and overall health. Therefore, reef tanks using AminoPlus within the Reef Zlements method are likely to experience increased consumption of alkalinity, calcium, and all other elements. It is therefore important that these parameters are closely monitored.

For best results, AminoPlus should be dosed in a high flow area and during the day. To facilitate use, AminoPlus can be dosed with a dosing pump and does not require refrigeration.

The recommended dosages of AminoPlus are as follows for each occupancy level:

• Light (Soft, LPS & SPS) - 1 ml per 100 litres per day
• Medium (Soft, LPS & SPS) - 2 ml per 100 litres per day
• Heavy (Soft, LPS & SPS) - 4 ml per 100 litres per day
  
  

The above dosage recommendation is a starting point and you can adjust the dosage to suit the specific needs of your reef.

When using the nutritional supplements and AminoPlus, always check the visual appearance of your corals and the nitrate and phosphate in the aquarium water.

If you see brown or gray biofilm on the live rocks or the presence of algae/cyanobacteria, this is likely a sign that you are overdosing or that your nutritional supplements are not optimal.

Before making any adjustments, check that all nutritional supplements are optimal.
