Zinc is a trace element present in reefs all over the world and is one of the most important elements for all animals and plants in our aquariums, as it is involved in many metabolic and cellular processes.
Zinc is depleted very quickly in the water of our aquariums. Therefore it is important to check the zinc values by means of an ICP analysis and to ensure an adequate level and stability by dosing zinc as needed.
Zinc in seawater normally ranges between 0.6-5 µg/l.
In combination with a regular testing procedure, Zinc Zlement enables each aquarium dweller to correct their zinc levels and ensure that the values in their aquarium water remain within the optimal range for their fellow aquarium dwellers.
Dosage
1 ml of Zinc Zlement increases the zinc concentration of 100 litres by 2 µg/l.
