Instructions for use:

1 ml P- in 100 litres reduces the phosphate level by 0.1 mg/l. Start with a dosage of 0.1-0.25 ml per 100 litres. Do not reduce the phosphate concentration by more than 0.01-0.025 mg/l per day! P- is most effective in reef tanks with a good skimmer. Keep an eye on the alkalinity level; it may drop slightly. The ideal dosing point is at the beginning of the sump or before the skimmer. We recommend not to exceed the phosphate level to be kept below 0.02 mg/l.

Tip:

Applying P- diluted in osmosis with a dosing pump to distribute the daily dosage would be optimal to prevent rapid changes in phosphate that can cause problems.

IMPORTANT!

P- can affect whirligigs of the genera Waminoa, Concolutriloba and Acropora-eating flatworms. If present, remove as many flatworms as possible to minimize the release of toxins from the whirligigs.
