ReefPearls are food pellets for filter feed and fish. These pellets are produced using a unique technique that makes use of agglomeration of microcapsules. They have a neutral buoyancy, high nutritional value and contain low amounts of inorganic phosphates.

Reefpearls contain encapsulated particles that are stable for 4-24 hours in the water column and have a low release of nutrients, so that they float for a long time and are therefore available to the animals for a long time. ReefPearls consists of a mixture of different pellet sizes ranging from 500-1000 microns (microns), which mimic the natural dimensions of plankton. It can easily be dosed using an automatic feeder.

Reefpearls contain the essential levels of phosphates, but unlike most other feeds, these phosphates are in an organic form (linked to proteins and DNA) instead of inorganic phosphates (PO4). This will result in lower pollution of your aquarium and a better absorption of this essential element by your corals and other filter feeders.
