The Red Sea Nitrate Pro test kit is an advanced colorimetric comparator test for measuring nitrate up to an extremely high resolution of 0.125 ppm.
- The new Red Sea tests are very accurate for measuring in small increments of the scale.
- Easy to use comparator. The assembled comparator (body and disc) has room for 2 cups (1 for normal aquarium water and 1 for the tested water and the color disc can be rotated until the correct color is found.
- Glass titration cups of laboratory quality. Durable and does not become fuzzy over time (on the contrary to plastic cups). Attention to detail even for the smallest things.

The Red Sea KH / Alkalinity Pro test kit is an advanced titration test for measuring carbonates (buffers) up to a resolution of 0.05 meq / L (0.14dKH). The new Red Sea tests are very accurate for measuring in small increments of the scale. Without a doubt the easiest way to perform a titration test! Simply screw the titration cup onto the titrator, place the syringe (with liquid) in the titrator and shake & add liquid at the same time with one hand! Never be afraid that liquid will come out of the cup and the design allows the liquid to be mixed well with the water. Glass titration cups of laboratory quality. Durable and do not become fuzzy over time (on the contrary to plastic cups). The 1.0 ml syringes are also provided with a quality tip. Attention to detail even for the smallest things.

Red Sea pH-Alkalinity test (pH + KH-test)
23166 KH stands for potential hydrogen (hydrogen). In other words, pH measures how acidic or alkaline the aquarium water is in your aquarium. Aquarium pH is measured on a scale between 0-14.0. Aquarium water pH measuring 0-6.9 is acidic, while an aquarium pH measuring 7.1-14.0 is alkaline. Aquarium water pH of 7.0 is neutral. KH stands for carbonate hardness. The carbonate hardness indicates the carbonate and bicarbonate ions in the water. This is also called the alkalinity of the water. The more carbonates, the more alkaline the aquarium water. The Kh is an important water value for our aquarium lovers. This is because the Ph is determined by the ratio between the amount of Kh and Co2. If you would like a low Ph in your aquarium but your Kh high eg is more than 8 then you should add Co2. Now you have a small problem. Because of the high Kh you have to add a lot of Co2 to get a Ph of for example 6.5. More than good for your aquarium inhabitants. Max 25mg / l is a good guideline. You must therefore reduce the hardness of the water in order to obtain the desired Ph in a safe manner.
