This skimmer is part of the Deltec i-series with DC pumps and features an advanced emergency overflow system that effectively prevents overflow of the collection cup.

Advanced emergency overflow system

The Deltec 9000i is equipped with a smart emergency overflow system. If the water level in the sump rises unexpectedly or the air supply becomes blocked, the air supply to the pump is automatically shut off. This immediately stops foam production and prevents the collection cup from overflowing, even if the return pump is defective.
