D&D H2 Ocean Fluid Bed Filter - FMR Fluid Bed Filter KIT

The FMR75 fluidised bed filter has been developed by DD to offer an affordable solution with which numerous filter materials can be used as fluidised bed media for salt and freshwater aquariums.

Many of these types of smaller swirl filters, which are offered, look good, they are beautifully packaged and are competitively priced. However, when used, it soon becomes apparent that the options indicated on the packaging do not make sense. We at DD spent a great deal of time on an apparently simple product, eliminating many of the errors that users encountered. A properly functioning reactor is more important to us than the ease of producing the device.

The Reactor / Fluidised bed filter can be used for:

• Rowafos and other Phosphate Removers
• Bio Pellets (max. 700 ml.)
• Filter cabbage
• Biological filter sand or other substrate for biological filtering

Dimensions D&D Reactor / Fluidized bed filter

• 128mm x 94mm x 440mm (including the fittings and the lid
• Outer diameter of the reactor tube - 80 mm.
• Pipe height between the top and bottom perforated plates - 340 mm.
• Can also be attached to the glass.
• Specially designed with the right height for a sump of 40 cm. to confirm.
• Can be placed in a lower sump on the bottom, or hung in a higher sump.

The FMR fluidised bed filter includes all supplies:

• FMR reactor tube
• 3 lengths with transparent plastic hose
• Recoil valve
• Pressure reducing valve
• Pump
• 2 filter punches (coarse and fine)
• 8 cable fasteners for securing the pipes.
