Why with zooplankton?

Many aquarists regularly add marine zooplankton to their aquarium, creating ideal conditions for the establishment of a stable copepod population in their aquarium. It also helps to keep water values ​​within an optimal range. In addition, fish species that like to peck at reef rocks (e.g. lyrefish) always have a certain amount of live food available in the aquarium. Our Nannochlorpsis with zooplankton is particularly recommended when opening tanks to establish the biological cycles in the aquarium.

Nannochloropsis Salina is used to reduce elevated nitrate and phosphate levels. Dosing in the morning hours allows the Salina culture to continue photosynthesis throughout the photoperiod. Nitrate and phosphate dissolved in the water are absorbed and utilized.

Action mode
