The Milwaukee T76 Waterproof High Range Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) Pen is designed for aquariums, aquaculture, education, swimming pools, water conditioning and many other applications. The T76 helps you ensure your fish have the correct TDS balance to help them stay healthy. TDS also helps to keep filters up to date and clean for water filtration or swimming pools. Keep TDS within your target range to get better results.

CARE AND USE

MAINTENANCE

TDS/PPM electrodes can develop a nutrient build-up over time. Always rinse the probe with fresh tap water or DI water after each use to minimize buildup.

CONVERT TDS TO EC

The Milwaukee TDS Pen, like all TDS meters, provides a measurement of the Total Dissolved Solids (ppm) value of contaminants per unit volume in a solution.

TDS/PPM is often converted to uS/cm. Different scales are the 500 scale, 650 scale and 700 scale.

Your TDS/PPM measurements can be approximately converted to uS/cm as shown in the examples below.

1 ppm = 2 uS/cm on the 0.5 factor scale
1 ppm = 1.43 µS/cm on the 442 scale or 0.70 factor scale
