MW402 is a portable high range conductivity meter (TDS) with automatic temperature compensation. This instrument is designed for aquariums, aquaculture, laboratories and water conditioning applications to meet the needs for equipment suitable for hobbyists and professionals. It is also a great meter for food labs and water treatment applications.

TDS testing provides a method to optimize chemical applications and minimize operational costs. In aquarium and aquaculture applications, high concentrations of solids (TDS) can reduce water clarity and reduce photosynthesis in aquatic plants. In water treatment, a high (TDS) level can affect the clarity and taste of drinking water.

The MW402 has a range of 0.0 to 10.0 g/L (ppt) with a resolution of 0.1 g/L (ppt). This TDS meter comes complete with conductivity probe with 1 m cable and calibration solution.
