Marine Sources NP Biopellets New formula

Marine Sources NP Biopellets have been developed for nitrate and phosphate reduction in the aquarium system. They are of very good quality. Small in size and therefore swirl easily and very well, which makes the performance of the biopellets exceptionally good.

It is an ideal pelletized biodegradable polymer that converts waste from the water such as nitrate and phosphate through bacteria. This keeps the aquarium water pure in a natural way.

Advantages

  • New formula
  • Lighter-swirled easier
  • Higher purity - therefore functions better
  • Improved Formula - Faster Effect
  • Biopellet reactor is needed
  • Item No.: BP-S300 / BP-S500 / BP-S1000
  • Packing Size: 300ML/500ML/1000ML
  • Each package of Marine Sources NP Biopellets biopellets contains a measuring spoon. A flat spoon for 10 ML. so that we can add the biopellets more accurately compared to other brands.

This new formula NP Reducing BioPellets are composed of 100% pure biodegradable polymers. The pellets will allow aerobic growth of bacteria, which will consequently consume nitrate and phosphate simultaneously. The bacteria consume the carbon from the BioPellets, while nitrogen and phosphorus are removed from the water as nitrate and (ortho)phosphate. This conversion of organic BioPearls (along with inorganic nitrogen and phosphorus) into microbial biomass is called immobilization.

In addition, anaerobic layers will develop, resulting in additional denitrification, to prevent the sensitive marine animals from being affected by nitrite.

How to get started

Ensure sufficient water flow through the NP Biopellets to avoid the production of hydrogen sulfide gas. Thus, it is necessary to use the fluidized filter. For example, the Marine Sources biopellet reactors.

Before adding biopellet, we recommend adding 200~400ml for the first 200L of water. Then approximately 50 ~ 100 ml for each additional 100 L of water.

Build up the amount of Biopellets evenly, for example start with 50 to 100 ml in the first week and add approximately 50 to 100 ml extra every week until the desired result is achieved.

Regularly test the nitrate and phosphate levels in the aquarium to avoid concentrations that are too low.
