Maretia Planulata (Sea mouse)

The sea mouse is an algae eater and is therefore often used for algae plagues. This sea urchin grows to about 6 cm and mainly moves under the sand. These animals do have spines on their body like other sea urchins, but these are not poisonous.

The animals must be supplemented with green feed when the algae are gone.
