In principle, a Favites is quite easy to keep, even for beginners. These are very beautiful, especially with blue, very fluorescent night lighting.
The coral grows best when the water values are good, which means that a small amount of phosphate and nitrate must be present, and of course the rest of the water values must also be okay.
