aquaVitro Remediation

aquavitro® remediation ™ uses bio-augmentation, a natural and non-chemical method to improve water quality. It produces bacteria that separate surplus food, waste and waste into freshwater and marine systems. It also reduces excess nutrients (for example, ammonia, nitrates, nitrites and phosphates) that can feed the growth of nuisance and pathogenic organisms.

The bacteria species in remediation ™ thrive in fresh or salt water and can use a wide range of organic compounds, including fats that can cause unsightly films. Unlike traditional nitrifying bacteria, this bacterial mixture can adapt to aggressive or low-oxygen environments and continue to multiply and improve water conditions. Biopolymers produced by established bacterial colonies capture particles and increase the clarity of the water. The types of bacteria in remediation ™ have been developed for use in aquaculture, where sludge and excess organic substances must be controlled to prevent disease and animal losses. This bacterial blend is strong enough to survive in difficult conditions in aquaculture, and it thrives well in your aquarium.
