Tonga Pearls are a completely new and therefore unique lime material, produced under controlled conditions, the composition and crystal structure of which corresponds to natural coral sand. Because of its texture and very white appearance, Tonga Pearls are ideal as a substrate in seawater aquariums.

Tonga Pearls are also optimal for invertebrates such as anemones, cylinder roses, tube worms and wrases because the animals can dig easily. Furthermore, this soil is well chewed by gobies. Tonga pearls correspond in their crystal structure with the calcareous skeleton of corals and thus lay the foundation for a well-functioning aquarium. Tonga Pearls are not a fossil material. They are not obtained by the extraction of rock or by removal from the sea and are therefore resource saving and also free from impurities.
