Calcium is an essential element in reef aquariums and is constantly consumed by corals, tridacnas, calcareous algae, snails, and other calcium-forming organisms.

Easy to use

Calcium Pronto dissolves quickly in osmosis or fresh water and can easily be prepared as a stock solution for accurate dosing.

The recommended calcium level in a marine aquarium is between 380 and 450 ppm .

Dosage

Dissolve 10 grams of Calcium Pronto in 250 ml of purified water to make a stock solution.

• 5 ml of stock solution per 3.8 liters increases calcium by approximately 12.5 ppm
• Recommended daily dosage: 5 ml per 37.8 liters
• Then dose weekly if necessary

Because calcium chloride affects alkalinity, it is recommended to check the KH value regularly and top it up if necessary.
