The Rollermat removes contaminants from the aquarium water. This relieves the burden on the biological filter and the protein skimmer. The result is clear water and healthy fish.

Functionality:

The dirty water flows into the dirty water chamber and from there via the fleece back into the filter basin. If the fleece is full of dirt particles and the filter capacity decreases, the water level in the dirty water chamber rises. Finally, the motor pulls the fleece a little further and fresh fleece is stretched on it. Until the entire roll is used up. This takes 4 – 6 months – depending on the amount of dirt in the aquarium.

The fleece is so fine that even very fine contaminants are filtered out. This removes the dirt from the aquarium before it biodegrades. This relieves the burden on the biofilter and the protein skimmer in seawater.

The filter pores are so small that even many single-celled organisms, such as the fish parasites freshwater and seawater Ichtyo, cannot pass through the membrane. - This is unique. There is a float switch in the Rollermat. When the water level rises, the motor starts and the fleece is pulled a little further - completely automatically.
