The Theiling ROLLERMAT COMPACT 1 is a fully automatic fleece filter - and so compact that it fits in almost any sump. The footprint is only 20 x 30 cm.

Compact Fleece filter

The contaminated water is led through the inlet into the waste water compartment. It passes through the membrane and flows back into the crankcase. If the membrane is full of dirt, the current through the membrane decreases and the water level in the dirty water compartment rises. When it reaches a certain level, a level switch starts the engine and fresh fleece is turned forward.

The Theiling Rollermat Compact is fully automatic.

It takes 3 - 6 months, depending on the waste production in the system, until the entire membrane is used and needs to be replaced.
The fleece is very fine. Even the smallest particles are removed. The dirt is filtered out of the system before it is biologically metabolised.
This relieves the biofilter and the protein skimmer in seawater.
The pores of the membrane are even fine enough to withstand many protozoa, such as fish parasites in fresh and salt water. They cannot fleece through the filter. This is unique.

When the fleece roll is full, it can easily be removed from the filter.
Both parts can be separated and the membrane can be thrown away.

• Before installation you have to calculate an extra 10 cm for the height to be able to easily change the fleece roll.
• If the Rollermat is installed in a filter pan, the water level in the crankcase must not exceed 10 cm.
