High levels of light can cause the coral to retreat and too much current can cause them to detach themselves from the rockwork and drift around, looking for a more suitable location to settle.

Additional feeding is not necessary to maintain its health as they get most of their food from photosynthesis. However, they will eat both small and large foods.
