The connection of a controller / computer is prepared in each pump! Prepared for connection to an aquarium computer (e.g. GHL) via a 0-10V interface.

Operation of the electronics

Once a voltage is> 0.5V to the 10V interface, the interface adapter takes over control and the system and locks (deactivates) the buttons on the controller. The voltage will be <0.5V during normal controller operation and the buttons will be released. This allows the interface adapter to remain connected without performing any function.

If the Aquarium (tank) computer voltage is below 0.5V, the 0-10V interface is switched off and the pump can be operated manually. From 0.5V, the interface takes control of the scheme. The pump is switched off in the vicinity of 0.5V-0.8V. 1V starts the pump at the lowest level (15W) and runs. With an increase of 0.5V, the level will also rise. So 1V = 15W 1.5V = 20W 2V = 25W… .. 10.0V = 100W.

At a higher input voltage, the Speedy controller remains at the maximum position and does not increase anymore. The interface adapter behaves as if the corresponding button were to press.
