Magnesium Pro Pure is a ready-to-use mixture of magnesium chloride hexahydrate and magnesium sulfate heptahydrate. This balanced composition ensures that dosing will not disrupt the ionic balance in the marine aquarium. The product can be used to prepare a stock solution or added directly to the aquarium.
Create stock solution
Dissolve 1000 g of Magnesium Pro Pure in a measuring cup and make up to 2000 ml with reverse osmosis water. This stock solution will then contain 58,500 mg/l of magnesium (Mg) .
Adding 17 ml of this solution increases the magnesium content in 100 liters of aquarium water by approximately 10 mg/l .
Direct dosing
1 measuring scoop ( approx. 9 g ) increases the magnesium content by approximately 10 mg/l per 100 litres of aquarium water.
