Grotech Nitrate Plus
Grotech Nitrat Plus is the solution for a rapid increase in the nitrate (NO3) value. Modern and efficient filtering methods and rapid coral growth often lead to insufficient nitrogen (NO3/nitrate deficiency) in the saltwater aquarium.
The result: reduced or non-existent coral growth
The optimum values for the respective type of aquarium are as follows:
- Mixed reef aquarium: 2 – 10 mg NO3/l
- SPS tanks 2mg NO3/l
- LPS, anemone, soft and leather coral tanks: 10mg NO3/l
With Nitrat plus the desired nitrate value can be reached quickly and easily.
Dosage:
- 1 ml Nitrat plus increases the nitrate level by 1 mg/L per 100 L aquarium water.
- A higher elevation should be adjusted incrementally over a few days.
- To maintain a constant nitrate level, it is recommended to use a GROTECH dosing pump for daily dosing.
