Easy Reefs Easyart is the perfect food for breeding Artemia.
Dosage
The dosage depends on the density of the brine shrimp we feed. The consumption is 4 ml Easyart per 10 liter culture per day for the first 5 days (nauplius and metanauplius) and 8 ml Easyart per 10 liter culture per day from day 5 culture (juvenile artemia and adult). If the brine shrimp culture water becomes clear a few hours after addition of Easyart (microalgae have been eaten), more Easyart should be added.
Example for artemia culture in 10 liters:
- 1. Incubate the artemia cysts according to the manufacturer's directions.
- 2. After hatching, wait 6 hours and start feeding with Easyart.
- 3. Put 0.5 liters of sea water in a glass mixer.
- 4.-Add 4 ml of Easyart and spread the microalgae by shaking.
- 5. Remove 0.5 L of water from the culture so that the next algae batch can be prepared.
- 6. Slowly add the microalgae to the tank to avoid suspending sediment.
