The Chrysiptera springeri, also known as Springer's demoiselle, is a striking blue reef fish that instantly adds atmosphere to any marine aquarium. Due to its compact size and vibrant color, this fish is particularly popular among both beginner and experienced aquarists. With its active yet peaceful nature, the Springeri quickly feels at home in a well-decorated aquarium with plenty of hiding places.

Care and housing
Springer's demoiselle feels most at home in a well-structured aquarium with plenty of hiding places among the live rock. Although this fish is generally peaceful, it can be territorial towards other members of its species. It is therefore recommended to keep this fish alone or as a pair, unless the aquarium is large enough for a small group.

- Diet: varied diet of frozen food, Artemia, and fine granules
