Blue Shark Trading - Hot Salt Reef
Not all salts are created equal. The new salt paradigm is not just about “parameters.” This is a healing expectation of quality salt. What separates mediocrity from excellence is consistency and purity. This is best achieved by eliminating unknown contaminant variables that reside in the moisture content of salt mixtures. Because Hot Salt Reef is anhydrous, meaning it contains little to no moisture in its molecular structure, these contaminants are not present.
Hydrated salts contain an average of 12% moisture. This means that a 25 kg bucket contains 3 kg of water weight. This means less salt and therefore a lower mixing volume capacity. In addition to inefficiency, the contaminants in the moisture add unwanted substances to the product, causing problems such as residue, unpredictable parameter results from batch to batch, material loss and long mixing times. In fact, moisture is the culprit behind most of the known problems associated with salt mixtures.
