Magnesium is an essential macro element that helps regulate calcium and carbonate concentrations. Low magnesium levels lead to rapid binding of calcium and carbonate. Too high magnesium levels cause precipitation and lower calcium and carbonate levels, resulting in poor absorption.
ASF Magnesium Booster is designed to restore and maintain magnesium levels in natural seawater. It allows easy adjustment of magnesium levels and improves coral and invertebrate growth.
The optimal magnesium content is between 1200 and 1380 ppm.
