The Aqua Medic HR 400 is a hydrocarbonate reactor suitable for neutralizing unwanted acids in marine aquariums. Thanks to the high-purity calcium carbonate, these unwanted acids are removed and the carbonate hardness and pH value are stabilized.
The reactor is ideal for use after an Aqua Medic SR 400 sulfur reactor to neutralize sulfuric acid. Alternatively, it can also be used after a calcium reactor to capture excess CO2. Please note: this is a clearance item, and the original packaging may show slight signs of storage.
