XEPTA aBex

Xepta aBex is an expansion module of the automatic measuring system Xepta autoBalance, which adds the possibility to automatically measure calcium, magnesium, potassium, nitrate, sodium, chloride and bromine.

Xepta aBex is an expansion module of the Xepta autoBalance automatic measurement system, adding the ability to automatically measure calcium, magnesium, potassium, nitrate, sodium, chloride and bromine to this equipment. It is not a standalone device; it requires the Xepta autoBalance unit for operation.

Xepta aBex is an innovative device that enables automatic and efficient analyses using ion-selective electrodes, eliminating the need for reagents to perform measurements. Only electrode calibration before each measurement is required, which the device performs fully automatically.

The main features of the device are:

• Operable via web application and mobile iOS/Android application using Wi-Fi connectivity via the autoBalance.
• Indication of the operating mode via a light indicator.
• The equipment has an accuracy of ±10 ppm in calcium, potassium and magnesium values with a repeatability of ±2% and 4% for the magnesium sensor. For the sodium sensor the accuracy is ±100 ppm with a repeatability of ±1% and for the nitrate sensor the accuracy is ±2 ppm.
• No reagents required.
• Only 30 ml of aquarium water is needed to analyze all parameters simultaneously, which is then returned to the aquarium.
• No waste is produced because no reagents are used; both the calibration solution and the water used in the analysis are returned to the aquarium.
• Only the autoBalance is required for operation; no additional controllers are needed.

The Xepta autoBalance + Xepta aBex measuring and dosing system allows you to monitor the key elements involved in the formation of the lime skeleton and dose them accurately.
