Giesemann T-5 / aqua blue Coral is the ultimate blue / white light spectrum (special 30:70 combination of 6000K and 22000K) It enhances the beautiful colors of your corals and fish.
Light-dependent corals in the sea are inhabited by so-called zooxanthellae, single-celled algae, which the host offers through photosynthesis with nutrients.
Depending on the natural location of the coral (and depending on the depth), there is a more or less blue-colored light, for which the zooxanthellae have adapted.
In addition to the increased amount of blue in the light spectrum, sufficient light intensity is also required.
Giesemann T-5 / aquablue-coral is ideal in combination with the Giesemann T-5 / actinic-blue or purple.
