Mysis is an extremely healthy food for ornamental fish from 6 cm. Mysis is a carrion shrimp and has all the good qualities of its larger cousin the North Sea shrimp. Mysis is nutritious, promotes egg deposition and the red color of your ornamental fish.
This catch is, as the Wieringer fisherman says, "lively" frozen and therefore of perfect quality!
The Mysis has been caught in clean water. Before you feed your fish, it is a good idea to rinse the mysis carefully under the cold tap. Careful to leave the mysis' bellies with the nutritious contents intact. With rinsing you also rinse away the phosphate-containing defrost water.
