Microbe-Lift Basic N - Nitrate increase
The Basic N nitrate additive from Microbe-Lift is ideal for effectively and specifically increasing the NO 3 value in your seawater aquarium!
The specially tailored nitrate blend can support the growth of your corals while preventing nitrate limitation, which is dangerous for corals.
Dosage:
- Use 1 ml per 100 l of water to increase the NO 3 value by 1 mg/l.
- The dosage can be done daily.
Tips:
- Increase nitrate levels slowly to give your corals time to adjust.
- Never allow the nitrate level to drop to 0 mg/l, as corals need the nitrate for growth.
- Check your aquarium's nutrient levels regularly and be aware that phosphate (PO 4 ) consumption may increase as nitrate (NO 3 ) levels increase.
