Microbe-Lift Basic 1 Calcium 1000gr

Basic 1 Calcium is a specially formulated calcium supplement based on high purity calcium chloride dihydrate for all saltwater aquariums.

Basic 1 Calcium allows easy adjustment of calcium levels and improves healthy growth of corals and invertebrates. The optimum calcium value is 420 mg/L.

Basic 1 Calcium is highly purified and therefore free of organic and inorganic contaminants.

Dosage Options

BASIC stock solution (1 liter):

Pour 367 g into a measuring cup and fill it with osmosis water to the 1 liter mark. 10 ml of this solution added to 100 liters of aquarium water increases the calcium level by approx. 10 mg / l.

BASIC concentrate (1 liter):

Pour 500 g into a measuring cup and mix with water to the 1 liter mark. 100 ml of aquarium water increases the calcium content by approx. 10 mg / l.

Dosage of direct addition:

Add 3.7g per 100 liters of water in your sump to increase the calcium content by approx. 10 mg/l.

Tips

• The daily amount added depends on consumption, so you should check the calcium level in your aquarium regularly.
• Use Basic 1 Calcium together with our Basic series for optimal care of your corals.
• Never administer Basic 1 Calcium and Basic 3 Carbonates at the same time to prevent precipitation.
• Basic 1 Calcium can be used for the Balling method.
• Use cold osmosis water because calcium chloride dissolves under heat.
