This pocket photometer is specially designed for the determination of Calcium in seawater (not suitable for freshwater). It is much more accurate than test kits & test strips and the results are digitally displayed. It is light as a feather and therefore useful for measuring the calcium content in marine aquariums. It is over with tampering with test strips and comparing colors. Digital measurement is more accurate. This pocket photometer is very easy to read. Moreover, it measures according to the well-known Zincon method.
