Dolabella auricularia (Sea hare)

Snails are not only fun in most marine aquariums but also very useful, as they will usually be the first residents as part of the cleanup crew.

The Sea Hare grows to about 10 cm and cleans the bottom as well as the windows and stones. He is very well camouflaged so you often don't see him while they grow quite large.

A Sea Hare is also often used for an algae plague since they are really known as grazers, keep in mind that when the algae is gone, the animal must be fed, otherwise they will quickly starve.
