Potassium is an important element in seawater like calcium and is concentrated at approx. 390 mg/L.

K-Balance contains several potassium salts in high concentrations. Our tests in different tanks have shown the benefits in color and growth after a few days of dosing.

Low potassium levels have the following characteristics:

Montipora stops growing, colors are dull to gray, good coloring without potassium is not possible. Low Potassium Poccilopora and Stylopora look like they have been out of the water into the air, polyps are in them and color is light with no depth and watered down. Blue Acropora are also washed out. Seriatopora may show complete tissue necrosis within days. Turbinaria Reniformis stops growing.

The elements and active components are embedded in a solid carrier.

Elements and active components are automatically dissolved in small amounts directly from the solid into the solid support.

The "Automatic Elements" can be placed in an internal filter or directly in a sump with sufficient flow.

The structure of the carrier substance ensures that the elements and active components are released directly into the water for up to 4 months.

These automatic products contain the same elements and active components as the corresponding liquid products.
