ATI Phosphate Stop

ATI phosphate stop is a high efficiency phosphate absorber based on iron hydroxide. It is able to quickly and effectively remove phosphate from sea water, fresh water.

Once bound, the phosphate cannot be released. Even if left after its life, nothing is leached back into the water.

ATI Phosphate Stop is optimal for use in reef aquariums because it does not release harmful substances back into the water and can help reduce certain heavy metals.

We recommend the use of 150ml ATI Phosphate Stopper per 100 litres, but every aquarium is different and po4 levels need to be closely monitored to find the right level for your aquarium.

Available in 1000, 2000 and 5000 ml.

Instructions:

• Rinse well with clean RO water before use.
• ATI Phosphate Stop should be used with as little agitation as possible. Aggressive use can increase the (although not harmful) barium levels in the aquarium. This can be counteracted using ATI Phos Stop AL which will absorb the Barium while lowering Phosphates.
• As with any filter medium, it should be agitated enough every few days to prevent tracking.
• We recommend using ATI Phosphate Stop AL and ATI Phosphate Stop alternately to counteract the benefits of each product to keep your po4 levels low.

ATI Phosphate Stop AL is better used than ATI Phosphate Stop to remove a high po4 level.
