The completely redesigned ATI® ICP Elements are high-purity solutions for increasing individual elements in reef aquariums. ATI® ICP Elements are ideal for compensating for element deficiencies and for daily element replenishment. The features of the new ATI® ICP Elements are:

ATI® ICP Element Carbonate Hardness

A high-purity solution for increasing carbonate hardness in reef aquariums. Ideal for compensating for deficiencies and for daily maintenance.

Dosage:

• 1 ml per 100 litres increases the carbonate hardness by 0.1°dKH.
• Increase by a maximum of 4°dKH (40 ml/100 litres) per day.
• The bottle contains 10,000°dKH.

Symptoms of low carbonate hardness:

• Death of SPS and LPS.
• Delayed skeletal formation, dull color, tissue damage, susceptibility to RTN/STN.
• pH fluctuations due to a lack of KH buffer. This leads to stress and susceptibility to disease in fish and invertebrates.

Causes of low carbonate hardness:

• High consumption by stony corals and calcareous algae
• Insufficient dosage of the KH solution
• Faulty dosing pump (e.g. clogged dosing hoses, incorrect calibration)
• Using low KH sea salt mixtures
