ATI Essentials Mixed Reef is a highly concentrated two-component system for perfect growth, optimal metabolism, and distinctive coral coloration in mixed reef aquariums. Based on our experience with tens of thousands of ICP laboratory analyses, the formula has been continuously optimized and refined over the years, providing you with a state-of-the-art two-component system.

Other features include:

• Supply of all important elements: boron, bromine, calcium, fluorine, potassium, alkalinity, magnesium, sulfur, strontium
• Basic supply of the following essential trace elements without accumulation: cobalt, iron, iodine, lithium, manganese, molybdenum, nickel, rubidium, selenium, vanadium, zinc
• #1 KH Complex reduces nitrate and phosphate thanks to organic KH sources and is therefore ideal for mixed reef aquariums with a higher fish population without SPS dominance
• The concentrations have been adjusted so that equal amounts of both solutions can be dosed
  Individual adjustment to the needs of your aquarium to achieve a natural water composition and prevent ion shifts
• Ready to use and approximately 5 times more concentrated than traditional Balling two-part solutions. No more complicated preparation required.

ATI Essentials Mixed Reef consists of the following two components:

#1 KH complex

• Contains 38,500°dKH per 2700 ml (0.71 gal) bottle (14,250°dKH/l)
• Contains the trace elements iron, iodine and selenium
• Contains the main elements fluorine and sulfur
• Has a nutrient-reducing effect

#2 Calcium complex

• Contains 270,000 mg calcium per 2700 ml (0.71 gal) bottle (100,000 mg Ca/l)
• Contains the trace elements cobalt, iron, lithium, manganese, molybdenum, nickel, rubidium, vanadium and zinc
• Contains the main elements boron, bromine, potassium, magnesium and strontium

Dosage:

• Dose equal or very similar amounts of both solutions
• Guideline per solution: 3-7 ml per 100 l (26 gal) per day
• The dosage should replace the daily intake of alkalinity and calcium.
• You can determine the daily intake by regularly measuring alkalinity and calcium (e.g. via ATI® Test Kits or ATI® ICP Lab Analyses).

NB:

Due to the high concentration, crystals may form in the bottle of #1 KH Complex at low temperatures.

The crystals will disappear by heating the bottle in a hot water bath to about 45°C (115°F) or by placing it on a radiator.

At low operating temperatures (<20°C/<68°F), we recommend diluting the product 1:1 with RO water. To ensure the dosages of #1 and #2 remain consistent, #2 should also be diluted 1:1 with RO water.
