ATI® Essential Daily Traces #A and #B were developed as a supplementary and precisely balanced trace element supply for modern reef aquariums. While ATI® Essentials SPS and Essentials Mixed Reef already provide a balanced base, Daily Traces go a step further. They are specifically designed for aquariums with increased trace element requirements, such as systems with high coral density, an active algae refugium, or the use of phosphate absorbers, zeolite, or activated carbon.

Thanks to comprehensive, state-of-the-art ICP analyses (ICP Ultimate MS), the compositions of both products have been optimized down to the microgram and nanogram level. This allows you to supply your aquarium with the necessary trace elements with extreme precision, without the risk of buildup.

Essential Daily Traces #A

Contains the trace elements: chromium, cobalt, iron, copper, manganese, nickel and zinc.

Essential Daily Traces #B

Contains the trace elements: fluorine, iodine and selenium.

Both products can be easily tailored to the specific needs of your aquarium, supporting more stable and healthy coral growth. They are also ideal as a standalone trace element supply for aquariums with soft corals or when using a calcium reactor.

Dosage

• Guideline: 0.5–1 ml per 100 liters per day
• Determine optimal dosage through regular ATI® ICP laboratory analyses (e.g., ATI® Lab Analysis Ultimate MS)
• Recommended reference values:
  • Zinc for Daily Traces #A
  • Iodine for Daily Traces #B
    Reduce the dosage if the reference values are exceeded, increase them if the values are too low.
