With dimensions 16/22 mm is meant, 16 mm inner size and 22 mm outer size. The hose can be reasonably stretched to place it over slightly larger diameters.

When ordering several meters, the whole will be delivered in one length.

CAUTION: Commercially available PVC hoses are often made with the highly toxic plasticizer phenol. In the long run, the sensitive creatures in an aquarium can poison themselves with it. This hose is WITHOUT phenol.
