The Aqualight demineralization filter is based on resin. It demineralizes and softens the water of your reverse osmosis system.

This filter has been developed to obtain high quality purified water that even meets industrial requirements.

Application and effects of this filter for your reverse osmosis installation

The demineralization filter again purifies the water that has already filtered through the membrane until 99.99% of the substances have been removed. After this thorough cleaning process your TDS value tends to 0 mg / l. The conductance (microsiemens) value of your water should now be about 0.1 µS / cm.

Deionization (DI) filters take your reverse osmosis system to a higher filtration level. It is an excellent inline filter, especially those who live in areas with exceptionally high levels of TOTAL DISSOLVED SOLIDS (TDS) in their tap water. The post-deionizer picks up the small percentage of contaminants that the membrane was unable to remove and filters it to greater than 99.99% purity. It will give you 0ppm TDS, conductivity attainable less than 0.1uS / cm or resistivity of almost 18 megohm
