AquaForest KH PRO
We developed the highly concentrated KH Pro to easily and efficiently restore the correct carbonate hardness (KH) in saltwater aquariums. This way you can be confident that your aquarium is in excellent condition. KH Pro was developed as a more concentrated, more efficient version of the popular KH Plus Lab. KH Pro offers an even stronger effect and an immediate improvement of the water parameters, which is crucial in emergency situations such as sudden changes in water chemistry.
Thanks to its innovative formula, KH Pro not only effectively increases the KH content, but also enriches the water with potassium, which is essential for the healthy growth and development of corals and other marine organisms. Every 10 ml of the product per 100 liters of water increases the potassium content by 1 mg/l, thus contributing to the maintenance of optimal aquarium conditions and supporting natural biological processes.
KH Pro has been developed for advanced aquarists looking for fast and effective solutions to manage the water parameters in their aquarium. The product is ideal for use in large aquariums and smaller aquarium ecosystems where the stability of the water parameters is crucial for the health and well-being of marine organisms. The salt contains bromides, which are present in natural seawater and therefore it is not recommended for filtration systems with ozone. In the case of using an ozonator, we recommend the Salt Reef Salt Aquaforest. Due to the presence of probiotic bacteria, we recommend that the DKH level be kept within the range of 6.5-8.0, a higher level can negatively influence the condition of the SPS corals.
