Aqua Medic refractometer LED
The refractometer is an accurate optical instrument that is used to determine the salt concentration in saltwater aquariums. The exact value can be determined in seconds and can be read as absolute salt concentration (‰, ppt) or as specific density. When a light beam enters the refractometer, it is bent or "broken" by the water in the test panel. This refraction is proportional to the salinity of the sample and can be read directly by looking at the internal scale. The integrated LED lighting offers good readability, even in poor lighting conditions.
Included in shipping: refractometer, a pipette for the water sample, a screwdriver for calibration, desalted water, LED display and a strong plastic box.
