Vectra automatic skimmer self-cleaning system
The Vectra system is a protein skimmer management tool to help both minimize skimmer maintenance and improve waste disposal. By cleaning the neck of the skimmer, sludge formation is prevented, so that skimmate foam can consistently climb up into the collection cup. This cleaning action can lead to an increased effectiveness of the skimmer of up to 60%.
Designed as a cost-effective product improvement device, the Vectra is a universal, component-based system. The "Vectra Engine Universal Cleaner Unit" is combined with a suitable lid to make an adapted self-cleaning head for the most popular skimmer diameters. Upgrading is as easy as changing lids.
