Tropic Marin® ZOOTONIC is a high-quality plankton substitute to provide plankton filter feed in seawater aquariums with all essential nutrients such as amino acids, highly unsaturated fatty acids and vitamins.

In a gentle process, the nutrients for the filter feed are digested without heating, so that all vitamins and nutrients are retained. ZOOTONIC is suitable as a complete food.

Ingredients

Tropic Marin® ZOOTONIC contains shellfish and glycerol.

Use of the 50 ml bottle:

Shake the bottle well before use. Attach the supplied tube to the syringe and measure the desired amount of ZOOTONIC with the syringe. The air that enters the hose and syringe when pulling the syringe has no influence on the dosage. The lower edge of the plunger always shows the correct dosing amount, even if the desired amount of ZOOTONIC is only in the tube and not in the syringe chamber due to the air drawn in. The air sucked in serves to empty the tube during dosing.

With the 200 ml bottle:

Shake the bottle well before use. Turn the pump head counterclockwise until it pops out. Pressing the pump head once equals 1 ml.

Dosage:

Start with a daily dose of 0.1 ml per 100 L aquarium system volume and increase the dose if necessary.

For optimal distribution in the aquarium, Tropic Marin® ZOOTONIC should be dosed several times a day in the flow of the pump.

Maximum dose:

A daily dose of 0.5 ml per 100 L (26 US gal) aquarium system volume should not be exceeded. When dosing ZOOTONIC, the dosage of other products that (also) contain organic carbon should be reduced accordingly because of their resulting increase in oxygen consumption.

Keep the bottle tightly closed in a cool and dark place!
Store in the refrigerator after opening to extend shelf life.
